Log into your Taylor account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
